The department is headed by Hexell Lewis and John Ostroumoff along with Percy Clarke, Alex Barrow, and William Franks. BUILDING SERVICES Whilst we do not provide in house building services expertise we do offer impartial advice as to which company to use in any particular area from full surveys to fit outs. PROFESSIONAL The successful outcome to a lease renewal or rent review, whether acting for a tenant or a landlord is the result of wide ranging professional experience based on detailed property intelligence. Whilst negotiations in this field are often confrontational we believe that it is clearly essential to maintain a good landlord/tenant relationship. This can be achieved through the clear presentation of unassailable evidence, following detailed research, to support the case. This department is headed by Hexell Lewis. OCCUPIERS SERVICES Whilst very much linked with both professional and acquisition this service is principally the review of occupational requirements. The creation of a property strategy to achieve those requirements. The implementation of the strategy which will include 'inter alia', relocation services, lease restructuring, sale & leaseback and disaster recovery. Contact either Hexell Lewis or John Moore. INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT We have a small team with a wealth of experience in the Central London investment and development market. We act for property investing institutions, property companies, family trusts and private investors. We can bring our considerable experience in the agency and professional property market place to bear on the specialised environment of the investment and development market. We seek to act on behalf of property investors, either to acquire or dispose of property. In the case of acquisitions, we can offer a full management and agency role, including negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, providing strategic and specific management advice, rating advice and all other related matters. In the case of disposals, we can offer advice on selection within the portfolio, methods of disposal, valuation and agency roles, as well as advice re investment.
